Back in September we had the privilege of photographing the special wedding day of Sara & Dave in the lovely little village of Willaston on the Wirral. We haven’t had many marquee weddings so we most certainly were looking forward to this one especially as we had the military theme on top…..awesome!

I don’t think we have ever photographed a wedding that had three separate locations that were in such close proximity. The marquee and house were just a few minutes walk from the church, which was just a few seconds away from the village hall where the reception was held and decorated with lots and lots of bunting (Tory was in her element!!) All had a stroll and a good time in the September sun; which was a surprise as it hadn’t stopped raining all week.

The day started as usual with a visit to the gorgeous bride, this time at Sara’s mums home where, as you do there was a marquee in the backyard. We love seeing so many happy people in the morning and capturing the fun of the bridal preparations.

As the day proceeded we had the fun, the laughter, the tears and the love. All we want and love to see at weddings. And to finish the day what better way than a good ol’ knees up with a Ceilidh band.

Enjoy the photos and as usual pop us a comment or two. To see the full set just click on the link HERE. Tell your friends with Facebook and the ‘like’!
