Chester wedding photography, Queens Hotel, Claire & Sam

Weddings are our passion and joy; Tory and I get to witness special events and wonderful days; such an event was Claire and Sam’s wedding a couple of weeks ago. As soon as Tory and I arrived at the Queens Hotel we knew we were in for a fantastic day. Claire and the gang welcomed us in and made us feel right at home as we explored the amazing room.

We always ensure we arrive at the church with plenty of time to park up, get the gear out and have a bit of time with groomsmen; usually because the bride and company are running late we miss the father of the bride seeing his daughter for the first time. Because Claire was fantastic and kept to our timeline she was in the dress and ready (thankyou!) we witnessed the magical moment Malcolm saw Claire; the emotions ran high and after Tory stopped crying too we were off to the church.

Sam was in a bit of a state and for every reason too, Daniel the bestman had forgotten the rings! So we left them be to sort things out.

Weddings can be stressful but even when things do go wrong take a moment and don’t let it ruined the day; it’s a special day so enjoy it to the full and don’t let anything distract you from why you’re there in the first place.

The day proceeded with no more mishaps and the rings arrived safe and sound. Now you may have seen my last post about the priest not allowing photos during the ceremony so I won’t go into that (if not you can read it here).

Now I don’t want to tell you every detail of each hour so I’ll let the photos do the talking. I got a little carried away and chose quite a few to say the least……
